To register with ok bajji, you must meet the following requirements:

• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device.
• Registering multiple accounts from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.

Ok bajji may request proof of identity, address, and payment method for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

If false information is provided during registration, ok bajji reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

Ok bajji supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

Ok bajji only accepts payments made through methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made via third-party payment methods will be cancelled.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from ok bajji:

• Full KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
• The first withdrawal may take 3–5 business days to process.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements.

Ok bajji reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity. Once the investigation is concluded and the account is cleared, the withdrawal will be processed.

All ok bajji bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms. Each offer also carries its own specific terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after a specified wagering amount has been met.
• The wagering requirement for most bonuses is 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified timeframe after a bonus is received, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• If multiple bonus claims are attempted from the same household or device, all associated accounts will be closed.

The following rules apply when placing bets on ok bajji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, ok bajji will refund the stake.
• Ok bajji reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to odds changes or technical errors.
• Ok bajji is not liable for any issues arising from network delays during live betting.
• Ok bajji reserves the right to investigate any bet where a suspicious betting pattern is identified.

Ok bajji reserves the right to make the final decision on all bets. In the event of a disputed outcome, ok bajji's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok bajji:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Use of auto-betting bots, scripts, or artificial software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the ok bajji platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in ok bajji's system to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above activities are confirmed, ok bajji reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

• If registration is completed using false information.
• Being under the age of 18.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Ok bajji accepts no liability for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• For issues caused by technical faults in your device or browser.
• For delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected maintenance or server downtime.
• For losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error.

Ok bajji's total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances. ok bajji is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
